Medication Management. Not taking the proper medication or mixing prescriptions improperly accounts for 25% of all hospital admissions (65 years of age and older).
Heart Related Disease. Heart disease may lead to serious heart arrhythmia, chest pain, difficulty breathing, general fatigue, muscle weakness.
