This warranty applies only to select e-pill® pillboxes and no other products with electronic components.
We stand behind the quality of our e-pill® pillboxes and offer a lifetime warranty exclusively for them.

Warranty Coverage
Our lifetime warranty covers e-pill® pillboxes against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use. If an individual pillbox is lost or damaged, it is also covered under this warranty.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
- Normal wear and tears, including fading, discoloration, or minor scratches.
- Any modifications, alterations, or misuse of the product.
- Products other than e-pill® pillboxes.
Replacement Policy
If your e-pill® pillbox has a manufacturing defect at any time, we will replace it free of charge. If an individual pillbox is lost or damaged, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for paying a $9.95 shipping fee for the replacement of the pillbox.
