When Daylight Savings time ends, set your e-pill Sonic Shaker clock back one hour.
1) Slide the SET switch to the clock-symbol to enter setting mode.
2) Press the button HOUR until you reach the correct hour.
3) Slide the SET switch to the lock-symbol to exit the setting mode.
