1) Press and hold the LIGHT button. Until seconds in the square box starts to flash (minutes will continue to run).
2) Let go of the LIGHT button.
3) Press MODE and the minute will flash.
4) Press MODE again and the hour will flash.
5) Press ST/STP until the desired hour is reached.
6) Press the LIGHT button when you are done to save the settings.
